JOUBERT, Catharina Elizabetha (Tina) Passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, at Te Ata Rest Home, aged 94 years.
Dearly loved wife of the late Rassie and Daan. Much loved and treasured mother of Cobus, Retha, Daneta, the late Deon, and Eduary. A devoted and loving Oma to her 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy.
Having made New Zealand her home to be closer to family, Tina embraced this new chapter of life with grace and warmth. She will be remembered for her gentle nature, quiet strength, and the love she shared so freely with those around her.
The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Julia and the wonderful team at Te Ata Rest Home for the exceptional love, care, dignity, and respect shown to our dear Mum during her time in your care. Your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.
A special thank you also to Tina’s lifelong friend, Annatjie Gaffe, in South Africa, whose enduring friendship meant so much to her throughout the years.
In accordance with Tina’s wishes, a private family farewell has taken place.
