DEVINE, Dawn Rosella (formerly Richardson, née James) Passed away peacefully on her 86th birthday, Thursday, 10th September 2026. Loved wife of the late Peter Devine and the late Milton Richardson. Much-loved mother and mother-in-law of Dennis & Bianca Richardson, and Barry & the late Joy Wenzlick. Treasured Nana of Courtney, Jessica, Ricky and Shontel, and a dear friend to many.
Dawn will be remembered for her love of country music and for the friendship and joy she shared with those around her. Now reunited with her beloved daughter, Joy.
A celebration of Dawn’s life will be held at the Te Awamutu Presbyterian Centre, Mutu Street, Te Awamutu, on Wednesday, 16th September 2026 at 1.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
