I did not have the privilege of knowing Julia, but I was with her at the scene of the accident. It was an honour to hold her hand and offer some reassurance in those moments. My heart goes out to you all — Grant, Hannah, and Mikaere. Wishing you strength, love, and peace as you remember and celebrate her life.
    Sleep peacefully Julia x

Dear Julia, it’s been many years since we worked together at Jo Watson’s. I enjoyed being around you with your wit and happy vibes.
Grant and Hannah I am so sorry to have heard this news. Julia treasured you no end!
I can’t be there on Friday as I’m on holiday overseas, but I’m thinking of you all and sending big hugs.
